If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you.
We will explore the famous Paradise Reef inside the National Park of Cozumel Reefs, known for its beautiful coral formations and multicolored sea fans and abundant fish.

We cater to cruise ship passengers effectively as we are conveniently located at Marina Fonatur, just a couple of minutes away by TAXI from the International Cruise Terminal and Puerta Maya Terminal and about 15 minutes away from Punta Langosta Pier. Scuba Life Does NOT Pick up at Terminals

The reef and fish I saw were unlike any experience I have ever had. I only wish I brought a camera. The instructors (forgetting name) was deliberate and calm. Their english was adequate for explaining safety precautions. While we were underwater, he was beside me the entire time and pointed out the underwater creatures to see.

My two sons and I booked a two tank dive with Scuba Life. What an awesome experience. We dove at Paradise Reef and Cedral Shallow, both locations were fantastic. Our dive master, Noodle, was great. We felt very comfortable on the boat and in the water. We were able to see a 6-7' nurse shark and an Eagle ray among many other fish and beautiful corals. The water was a beautiful blue and the visibility was 100'. There isn't much more that I can say other than the service and the dives were the highlight of our trip and were incredible. After our dives they dropped us off on Paradise beach all inclusive resort to meet up with my wife and two daughters, it was also fantastic and a great referral from Carly at Scuba life. Thanks to all at Scuba Life for making it such a wonderful experience.

We had so much fun diving with Scuba Life Cozumel. The staff was super friendly and professional. Everything was very well organized, they had prepared plenty of drinks, snacks and fruits for us, and they even provided us with towels. We went with Josue and Jorge, they were so nice and positive. We dived in Santa Rosa Wall and in Paradise reef, both sites were amazing!
We will definitely recommend this company and would love to come back to dive with them!

My son and I have traveled to Cozumel to snorkel several times over the past few years and decided try Scuba Life's Discover Scuba excursion. We were met by friendly and professional staff with our equipment properly sized, assembled, and waiting for us. Introductions were made and instructions carefully explained followed by a memorable time on the reefs. The scuba boat was equipped with safety equipment, towels, warm costs and great healthy snacks. The staff accommodated all the guess's individual needs making us feel safe and relaxed.
My son and I enjoyed scuba diving so much we decided to become Certified Divers and Scuba Life offered the PADI course. During our following visit to Cozumel as Certified Divers we experienced diving in deeper water and even a night dive. We look forward to returning to Cozumel in January for more dives with Scuba Life!

This was an amazing experience. The whole operation seemed very well run by very nice folks. Diego, our instructor, was exceptional; exactly the right combination of calm, knowledgeable, funny, friendly, professional and reassuring that you would want from someone helping to navigate a trip below water. Not sure what else to say, it was just a great experience thanks to the people and (of course) the lovely reef. Would highly recommend.

It is hard to pick a favorite part because everything was amazing. The dive sites are the tops!! We (my son and I) were there for our Advanced Open Water certifications and we added a night dive for a total of six dives. The deep dive, drift dive and night dive were especially incredible!! We saw lots of sea life including lobsters, crabs, rays (including an eagle ray), an octopus going through its color/camouflage changes, a nurse shark, and a very intimidating huge green eel! Carly was great to deal with in the shop, as was Ally. They are awesome! We had Aldo for our dive instructor and we could not have asked for anyone better. The rest of the crew was a lot of fun and very helpful and hospitable! We would not dive with anyone else in Cozumel after this experience! Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience and one I got to thoroughly enjoy with my son!

I chose Scuba Life based on the incredible reviews and safety ratings, and we dove with them three days. We did two morning dives the first two days and a night dive at Paradise Reef on Day 3. Kily and Jaime were exceptional and took good care of us. The ocean was calm before a big tropical storm moved in closing the Marina for two days Christmas weekend. We were lucky being able to dive once the downpour finally stopped and dove Palancar Caves, Tormentos, Paradise Reef and Yucab. The communication was excellent and there was even a whatsapp group set up with information about the Marina closure and timeline for reopening. We saw eagle rays, nurse sharks, lobsters, a giant green morray eel, beautiful corals and too many other tropical fish and marine life to list. The dive guides were great in spotting and explaining. Perhaps the highlight was the night dive, with the reef becoming active and alive. Thank you to everyone for a once in a lifetime experience I was able to cherish and share with my teenage daughter.

What an experience. It was my second time but my gf first time. We went with Carly, she is the best. My gf was nervous and she literally said I cannot do this! Carly calmed her down, thought her basic skills and stayed with her for the whole trip in a very pleasant way. Best scuba shop in Cozumel, every aspect and detail of a trip is absolutely 10/10, name it, boats are new, clean, organized, captain is friendly take his time chat with us, every instructor on the boat was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff in the shop are quick and welcoming. Arrive in advance it might be tricky to find the shop.

I booked a refresher for myself and a discover scuba for my 12 and 15yo boys. ScubaLife is the best operation in Cozumel! Jessica was great and really helped me refresh on the knowledge and skills I hadn’t practiced in a while. David was fantastic with the boys and was a great instructor for their first dive experience. Even the first shallow training dive was beautiful, at paradise reef. Second dive was even better! Ortiz our boat captain made sure we got out and back safely and they even provided drinks, snacks and fruit between dives. I highly recommend ScubaLife and ask for Jessica and David. Don’t dive with anyone else!
