Paradise Beach is now offering an all-inclusive option. You can choose from our excellent menu (No Buffet) served at either of our two restaurants, or receive personalized service directly while you relax under a coconut tree in the comfort of your lounge chair.
This brand-new option gives you the flexibility to eat and drink all day.
Some things to consider:
• All Members of groups, families or couples are required to participate in the all-inclusive package together.
• Food and Beverages will be served to you at your beach chair by our excellent wait staff or while you dine at one of our two restaurants. (No Buffet)
• It is not allowed to share Food or drinks with other non-All-Inclusive Guests
• Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated.

we had the best time at paradise beach!!! everyone was so attentive & nice! the drinks & food were amazing! the beach is so clean, water is clear! the snorkeling & paddle boards for a $10 fun pass was the best part!!! will be going again!

Amazing Beach Day! This was our first visit to Paradise Beach and it was perfect. The staff took great care of us, keeping our drinks fresh and our bellies full. The water was crystal clear and was great for all kinds of activities. This beach may now be our “ go to “ place when we visit Cozumel.

We had a great time, great food and drinks, you have to pay a $10 extra for the water games., thanks to our server Miguel, he did a great job bringing all our drinks super fast!! and it’s only 15 min from the port. The taxi is 15 dlls.

Such a wonderful experience! My husband and I visited Paradise Beach while on our Honeymoon while on a cruise. We had purchased an all-day pass, that was all inclusive (food and drinks). Getting a taxi to and from this location was so easy! They had taxis waiting to take us back to the pier so there was no waiting when we were ready to leave.
We had the pleasure of sitting in Miguel and Deamin's section (I may have spelled his name incorrectly, I just remember it being a unique spelling). They could not have been more attentive, friendly, or helpful! They checked on us routinely and had this knack of knowing when we were ready for another drink or something to eat.
The water was so clear - you could even see little fish! There were plenty of floatables out in the water- we didn't pay for those, but we saw a ton of people playing on them and they seemed to be having a great time! The beaches were well maintained - we got there very early (right when they opened) and you could see the care the team took to clear the beaches of shells and other debris to make the sand more comfortable.
There were plenty of chairs and umbrella that did a wonderful job blocking the sun, if you're like me - who burns in minutes if she's not covered up. Every seating area had it's own little side table that was cleared off frequently so you weren't worried about not having enough room for your next drink.
We checked out the pool section and it was very clean, very spacious, and of course had excellent service. The bathrooms were SO clean! As were the changing areas. This location also had a good amount of showers for rinsing off.
All in all, we're so happy we chose Paradise Beach for our day off the boat experience. We can't wait to come back - hopefully for longer next time! :)

Beautiful and Relaxing

A beautiful place to kick back and relax. My husband went snorkeling off the pier and was excited to see so many fish. Our hosts Jesus and Samuel went above and beyond to take care us. Wonderful place and definitely would go back.

We are so glad that we booked this, and will absolutely be back! It was fun and relaxing. The food was delicious! The drinks were nothing special, but weren't bad, and more importantly, they were cold. My husband and son paid $10 extra for the inflatables. Pay attention to the depth of the water around them. Our son came off one of them, and got a nice gash on his toe from the rocks, due to it not being very deep in that area. They have jetski rentals, kayaks, and paddleboards available. It was nice to have the option of the pool, too. It was very clean. We rented a daybed (the complimentary daybed reservations ended the day before we got there), and my group shared it for the day. It was easy to find a chair down by the beach. It got a little more crowded as the day went on, but didn't feel overloaded.
One thing to note is that you can get food and drinks wherever, by the pool or by the beach. Initially, our server by the pool told us that we had to order from him or his partner, and that we couldn't order on the beach. When our friends went down there, servers were there to help them. Not sure what that was about. But nothing to stop us from coming back. If you're looking for a relaxing day with options, you have to book this place.

Picked this place for our shore excursion while in Cozumel. What a great choice I made!!!!!
Everything you need or want is right hear and only 15 minutes from cruise port. The staff were OUTSTANDING, and our heroes were Fernando and Ventura. They were fabulous and we never wanted for anything. We were not sure what to order for food and drinks and left it in the capable hands of our heroes and we were so pleased with what we were served.
Make sure you make reservations because the place will fill up fast!

Oscar and Daniel took great care of us, the food and beer were awesome! My daughter loved the smoothies. Oh and the mahi tacos were amazing!

Great place to spend the day in Cozumel. I went with my 11 year old son and we both had a great time. All my interactions with the staff were positive. Everyone was polite and responsive. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was gracious enough to take time to speak with me.
The inflatable obstacles in the ocean are fun and the pool area was relaxing. The food is fine. It's not fine cuisine, but better than what you'd expect at a place like this. Although I wasn't on one, there were 6 cruise ships in port on the day we went and there were a good number of people, but it never felt over crowded. They also have a good size gift shop that has almost anything you may need but might have forgotten.
As we were leaving, my son summed it up best when he said, "This is a great place because it's fun for adults and kids."

We had a great day once we got passed 2 rude staff members. When we checked in, we paid extra for top shelf alcohol. After everything was paid for, the woman handed our ticket to a man who she said would help us get seated. He said he was taking us to the beach. We had planned to stay by the pool as we aren’t really beach people. We told him that and he told us the beach is better. He then handed us off to another man who told us to follow him. As we were walking along the beach, we spoke up again and said we’re pool people and would prefer to sit by the pool (there were plenty of open seats when we walked by). He looked angry, handed us our ticket, and said if we want to sit by the pool to go find our own chairs.
We walked over to the pool and got our own seats and were immediately greeted by a server. The rest of the day was great. Service was friendly and quick. Food was good. I got a 30min massage which was very relaxing. Everything was clean including the rest rooms.
I’m not sure what the push to sit on the beach was but I’m glad I didn’t let them force me to sit somewhere I didn’t want to.
