We had a wonderful time! Tons of colorful fish and even saw a stingray. Hugo was our guide and he was great. My friend was new to Snuba and he helped her along and took great care of her, being very patient and caring.

I selected this activity because my 15-year-old granddaughter said that she wanted to go snorkeling or scuba. My 9-year-old grandson finished up our trio. The other factor was because it was across from Mega and shopping near downtown. We showed up a bit early and were asked to come back. We walked across the street and bought some necessities at Mega and returned a bit late. Hugo was there to great us and let us know where to change and secure our gear. After filling out the waivers he fit us for our gear and gave us our briefing. I thought this would be more snorkeling than scuba but the opposite was true. My grandchildren have snorkeled and are good swimmers but having weights and extra gear panicked my grandson. Hugo took the time to calm and coach him and soon he was in the water enjoying the amazing experience. I loved the experience. I strongly recommend it for anyone considering learning scuba.

A really great experience, my husband and I saw even more fish than we expected. It was our first time doing Snuba and our guide was very supportive. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves snorkeling and wants to try something a step further. The food at the restaurant was just alright, but our piña colors really tasted great after our dive.

My wife and I did the SNUBA Experience with Sand Dollar Sports in Cozumel as a cruise excursion through Royal Caribbean. The site is really close to the pier and we were the first group out (0745 call time). Isaac was our guide and happened to be our group of 6 dive master. He was personable and knowledgeable and got us in the water and comfortable to maximize our time..but safely. He saw I had a go pro and would help spot things underwater while we were underwater and would point things out as we progressed deeper. At the end of the excursion they shuttled us back to port at our leisure and offered extended time (we were underwater for about 25-30 minutes) at a reasonable price, but my wife and I decided to go do some shopping and stuff. Great excursion at a reasonable price

Good event worth young teenagers to try out if they are not ready for Scuba yet. For safety reasons only 3 people can go at a time, so plan accordingly. Also cab ride is about $15.
