Manuel and Enrique were excellent! They zoomed us past the crowds to perfect snorkel spots. We swam along the reef and saw a ton of fish, rays, and star fish. If you really love snorkeling, this is for you.

Excelente actividad de snorquel en la playa El cielo, pudimos observar en sus aguas cristalinas muchos peces hermosos y nadar libremente y protegidos por los encargados del tour. Gracias por todo y por las fotos maravillosas en el mar.

The weather wasn't the greatest the day we were there which was January 5, 2018 but I can't blame them for that. We found the place to meet where Ricardo met us and led us to the pier. There were 2 boats for our group of 21. In my emails I had specified that we wanted to be together as 1 group so that was disappointing. These boats are nothing special. The pictures on the website show a catamaran. Think more fiberglass shell with seats and nothing more. The 2 captains on our boat were nice. Only 1, however, spoke English. On the other boat, neither of the captains spoke English. The website says that the tour guides all speak fluent English. We were given delicious chips, guacamole, and beer/tequila/soda. On our other boat, they were given the snacks, but the 2 captains drank the alcohol and never offered any to my family. The tour was shorter than I thought--although that could also have been from the weather. The snorkeling was good. I emailed the company to complain particularly about the captains drinking the alcohol but like many of the other reviews on here, have not heard back. So to summarize, if you want the cheapest snorkel trip ever with no frills, don't care if your captain can speak English, and are ok with the guides drinking the beer/tequila that you paid for, then this is the trip for you.
