- For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available). Guests confined to wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on this tour.

- Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
- Regular temperature checks for staff
- Shoes disinfection, we ask our guests when coughing/snezeeing cover with elbow, etc.
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Tour operation subject to permissible weather conditions.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The submarine is not too big but very comfortable, we felt very safe inside, we have an amazing time kids loved it, we could see coral reefs and a shipwreck.

We had previously taken a submarine excursion in Aruba and thought it was fun. This one with Atlantis out of Cozumel was incredible!! The waters are so clear and the formations of coral are other worldly. The submarine itself was nice and felt very safe.

Our Captain was very knowledgeable about the scenes under the water. And he was so funny! We went down over 100 feet! It was amazing to see the bottom and to be under water!

The tour guide Victoria was humorous and lively. Amazing views of underwater life. Such colorful fishes. One of a kind experiences.

Enjoyed the submarine tour a lot; it was such a unique and amazing experience. I'm not a swimmer, so could not enjoy the snorkeling activity. I chose this tour to fulfill my longtime eager to see the world under water. I was satisfied. We saw a lot of coral reef and different kinds of fishes. The only thing is that it says in the tour description that we would experience the Wall; but I didn't see anything like that, the tour guide didn't mention that either. A little disappointed for that. Anyway, it was a well worthy tour; highly recommend.

Awesome excursion thru our cruise. Loved every minute of the time spent inside the submarine. We dove 100 ft and it was awesome. Loved seeing the family of “Dory”( Finding Nemo) in its natural habitat. The wreck was cool since it was turned into an artificial reef. The coral was amazing. Well worth time and money spent. Good for the whole family. The staff were very attentive and funny.
A good thing to do once...

this was a very different experience. What I liked is it allowed those that do not scuba dive an opportunity to have a closer look at what is down below. As a scuba diver it is a bit frustrating that you can't get a closer look. It made me want to dive.
We saw a nice variety of fish. It would have been nice to have a fish identifier poster between the port holes as some people like to know what they are seeing.
What I didn't like was, our group was a capacity group and the seats are very close together and uncomfortable for people with short legs or who are fat(or both). However, the crew were very accommodating to us. Both us and another person (5ppl) were early and they let us join the earlier tour.
Im glad we did it.

Check in at the desk was easy. There is an extra $5.00 fee per person for entering a protected area. Overall experience is good and we had a great time.

One side definitely has better views and when they turn around the dirt does get knocked up quite a bit causing a blurred view. It’s overall a good trip

The undersea view was ok, the voyage and the guide service were excellent. There was an $5 national parking charge which the operator failed to mention, plus no receipt was given after paying. Lastly, different exchange rate was used on picture charge.

It was okay. Not something I would do again. Keep in mind we came in December so weather was not great. I feel like give it a chance March through October.
